We use NucleoBond Xtra (new generation of anion exchanger)with NucleoSnap Finisher system (Macherey-Nagel) in order to obtain transfection-grade plasmid DNA. Removal of contaminants improves the robustness of sensitive applications such as eukaryotic transfection, in vitro transcription and coupled in vitro transcription/translation. Purification is achieved without isopropanol precipitation of purified plasmid DNA.
We guarantee a minimum of 1 mL of purified plasmid (mycoplasma free) with a minimal concentration of 350 ng/µL. The integrity of all amplified plasmids is checked on agarose gel.
