Production of viral vectors
Custom AAV (Adeno-associated viral vectors)
This service includes viral vector production, concentration, clarification and titration.
We offer different serotypes: AAV2/1, AAV2/2, AAV2/3, AAV2/5, AAV2/6, AAV2/8,AAV2/DJJ. But we can also produce other serotypes on demand. For AAV vector serotypes 8 and 9, users must obtain an MTA from University of Pennsylvania before use.
All our rAAV are produced in an adeno-free manner.
Our AAV are
- produced at titer >1E12 GC/mL (100 µL)
- guarantee free-mycoplasma
- titrated by qRT-PCR (ABM Good, G931) and by FACS (on demand)
- validated on cell line for fluorescent, luminescent or resistant marker
For each production, a positive fluorescent control is included.
We also offer kit in order to choose the best serotype for your cells or tissue (10µL of AAV with different seroypes. These AAV allow the expression of GFP or RFP).

Custom Lentiviral vectors (rLV)
We offer custom and pre-made second and third generation rLV derived from HIV-1. Different pseudotypes can be used to generate rLV (VSV-G, Ampho, Eco, …) depending on the target cells.
This service includes viral vector production, concentration, clarification and titration.
Our rLV are
- produced at titer >1E8 TU/mL (3x100 µL)
- guarantee free-mycoplasma
- titrated by qRT-PCR (ABM Good, LV900) and by FACS (on demand)
- validated on cell line for fluorescent, luminescent or resistant marker
For each production, a positive fluorescent control is included.
